Louisa Clayton from Bartle Clayton Architects designed a vaulted ceiling addition to create a light filled space for a new kitchen and living room that spills out onto a back terrace. A combination of painted and stained elements grounds the aesthetic while a shou sugi ban clad wall plays with the notion of fire.
