Mudroom, kitchen and dining room additions plus front and back terraces and the construction of a 2 car garage breathed new life into this solid terra cotta block home. A combination of painted and stained finishes and creative tile selections play off of the more traditional, locally made custom cabinetry. The exterior was completely re-stuccoed and complements the new copper roofs and stained Douglas Fir bead board soffits.
