Newlin Road Porch

In this case, an under-utilized portion of the back patio was waiting to be enclosed into a screen porch. The cornice and railing are an extension of an existing sunroom and the flat roof with skylights protects against the afternoon sun while allowing in natural light. The beadboard ceiling, bluestone floor and brick curbing tie it all together.
