What began as an idea for a kitchen renovation evolved during the design phase into a project to address the past sins of previous “remuddles”. After significant structural work including the removal of bearing walls, lowering the basement slab, and re-framing the 1st floor, we were finally ready to install the rift and quarter sawn white oak floors with an oil finish, custom cabinetry, 2” mitered quartz countertops, and a whimsical tile backsplash.
